3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

Credit Requirement

  • Your account still has unused credits from the purchase
  • The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on your remaining unused credits

Partial Refund (Proportional)

If some credits have been consumed, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

4. Non-Refundable Situations
