4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use AI Video Generation for any of the following purposes:

4.1 Illegal Activities

Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
Engaging in activities that violate export control or sanctions laws

4.2 Harmful Content

Generating, uploading, or distributing content that depicts minors or child exploitation material (CSAM)
Creating content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
Producing non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake pornographic content of real individuals
Harassment, stalking, bullying, or threatening other individuals

4.3 Intellectual Property Violations

Infringing upon intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted material
Using trademarked names, logos, or brands without authorization
Creating content that violates third-party rights

4.4 System Abuse

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without prior written consent
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our services without authorization
Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of our services

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without prior notice or refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Violence and Harm

Graphic Violence: Content that glorifies, incites, or depicts extreme violence, gore, or bloodshed for shock value

Illegal and Harmful Activities

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by CREEM

We do not store your full credit card information

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through AI Video Generation, including but not limited to software, code, templates, infrastructure, and documentation, is protected under copyright law.

You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the AI Video Generation platform.

9.2 Generated Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you generate using our services

11. Refund Policy
