AI Video Generation operates on a credit-based system :
When you purchase a plan or credits, you receive a certain number of credits
Credits can be used across all our AI services (image generation, video generation, music generation, motion control)
Credits are consumed each time you use a service
Credit costs vary based on AI model, resolution, duration, and other parameters
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
You may request a refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
Your refund request is submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date
The 10-day period begins from the date of purchase confirmation
Your account still has unused credits from the purchase
The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on your remaining unused credits
You provide a clear and reasonable explanation for the refund request

Accidental duplicate purchase

If no credits from the purchase have been used, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

You can cancel your subscription at any time:
